Yes, you can cancel your Crunch Fitness membership online, over the phone, or in person. Membership freeze all requests must be applied for in writing using the Crunch freeze form, at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the freeze period, and Crunch reserves the right to refuse any application for hold at any time. No backdated requests will be approved.
Most clubs offer memberships for people aged 12+. A parent or guardian will be required to assist you to complete membership forms. If you are under the age of 16 years, you must be accompanied by someone older than 18 years of age.
