To cancel your Nespresso subscription, log into your account on the Nespresso website and navigate to the "my account" section. Within the initial 6 months, contact Nespresso customer service via email with "cancel subscription" in the subject line. To exit descaling mode, press and hold all three cup buttons for at least 3 seconds. You will hear a short beep. Empty and rinse the water tray and capsule container before placing back onto the machine. The machine will stop when the rinsing is complete.
