We offer the opportunity to temporarily pause or 'freeze' your membership in the event of prolonged absence such as serious illness or injury. This benefit is for full calendar months only for direct debit members and available for a minimum of 1 calendar month up to a maximum of 6 calendar months.
If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centres on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you. Anyone can use our centres on a casual basis, all you need to do is register for an everyone active card.
If you are considering ending your membership with Everyone Active due to changing circumstances, you have a couple of options to do so. One way is to visit their website and fill in an enquiry form, or alternatively, you can notify your center in writing. Remember to inform your bank about the cancellation as well. Additionally, if you prefer to handle the cancellation through Xpendy, it's possible, although there may be associated costs.
