To cancel Currys Insurance, you can easily do so through their website by logging into your account and navigating to the cancellation section. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Additionally, if you prefer to cancel through another platform, such as Xpendy, please note that this might incur some costs. It's important to review the terms and conditions regarding cancellation fees before proceeding with the cancellation via Xpendy.
We do not cover for accidental damage, cosmetic damage, loss or theft. In general, home insurance will cover theft and accidental damage but not mechanical breakdown. There is usually an excess charge on a home insurance to any claims made. We do not charge any excess on any of the benefits of our plans.
7 day fix promise. To get you back up and running quickly, where we are dealing with the fault, we aim to repair products within 7 calendar days. If we take over 7 calendar days to resolve the fault, you may request a replacement product.
