We would like to point out that the attached cancellation letters have been sent via registered email. A registered (email or postal) delivery strengthens the customer’s legal position, as it provides verifiable proof of both dispatch and receipt.

Sending by registered email is a legally valid method for cancellations. Companies are obligated by law to process any legally valid cancellation request they receive from a customer, provided the cancellation meets the formal requirements.
